- Educate patients and their families or caregivers about managing patient care, including home care needs and medication administration.
- Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program or accredited School of Vocational Nursing.
- Current LPN license, specific to the state you are assigned to work.
- LPN-IV Certification.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current and valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current liability auto insurance.
