In 2024 we partnered with Renovation Systems to continue expanding our brand across the country. Specializing in Renovations and New Construction, with our partnership, we will offer our clients even more services.

**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Client Service Associate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients, serving as their primary point of contact for inquiries, requests, and concerns. This position involves responding to client inquiries, processing orders, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**:

- Process client orders, requests for information, and service inquiries accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolution
- Respond promptly and courteously to client inquiries, providing accurate information, assistance, and solutions to meet their needs
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to address client needs and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and improve service delivery processes
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to effectively address client inquiries and provide accurate information

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- **Must be bilingual with proficiency in Spanish**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a professional customer service or client-facing role is required preferably in the flooring or construction industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with clients and colleagues
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues, assess needs, and implement solutions
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software is a plus
- Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
