Task Description:
Storage Administrative activities include:
- Reviewing and monitoring LUNs for usage and performance
- Resolve daily issues on Storage and escalate if assistance required
- Troubleshoot issues on Storage controller NetApp and IBM
- Must be available for 24x7 on call rotation
- Resolve help desk tickets
- Must be able to work with oversite to execute against a set of requirements
Required skills/Level of Experience:
- Should have working knowledge of NetApp and IBM storage controllers and enclosures
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot and resolve tickets opened for routine tasks.
- Create or expand LUNs as requested.
