**Job Overview**:
**Commission Structure**:

- Earn 40% of the contract's paid amount.
- Receive 10% on contract renewals.
- For annual payments, commissions are based on the total annual amount; for monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual payments, commissions are based on the respective payment received.
- Continuous payments will be commissioned the Friday after processing.

**Incentives and Bonuses**:

- Membership in the 100k Club: Achieve $100,000 in contracts on the books to increase your commission to 50% on new business and 15% on renewals.
- Qualify for our annual company trip.
- Gain the ability to manage Americare agents and earn commissions on the contracts they write.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Sell Americare contracts through direct client engagement.
- Conduct seminars at local senior centers and 55+ communities to generate leads.
- Set up and attend appointments with potential clients to present and sell Americare contracts.

**Additional Information**:

- Leads are not provided; agents are responsible for generating their own leads through seminars and community outreach.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
