We are looking to hire and credential Part or Full Time fully licensed clinicians (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) to see a wide range of clients under somewhat flexible hours.

Watershed Group is a group counseling practice that places a high value on cultivating a strong and healthy work environment for our therapists. With regular team meetings, trainings and a fun work environment, our practice is known for creating a space where our therapists can grow, learn and succeed together. We are primarily a Christian oriented group that partners with many local churches in the areas we serve. However, being a Christian is not a requirement for this position as we serve clients from all backgrounds in our community.

**Job Title**: Fully Licensed Clinician (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

**Position Type**: 1099 Contractor

**Location**: East Austin

**Expected Weekly Caseload and Hours**: 20-25 sessions/week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct counseling sessions with clients according to professional standards and ethical guidelines
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans using the practice's Electronic Health Record (EHR) system (Jane)
- Collaborate with other counselors as needed to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Meeting regularly with the Clinical Director for feedback and support
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards related to client confidentiality and privacy
- Provide support and guidance to clients in managing mental health issues, coping with stress, and improving overall well-being
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other team members within the practice

**Requirements**:

- Fully Licensed Mental Health Professional in the State of Texas
- Must be credentialed or able/willing to get credentialed through Headway
- Experience working in a Group Practice or Private Practice setting
- Experience in maintaining quality clinical and client care for general mental health needs
- Proficiency in using EHR systems for schedule and charting (Jane App)
- Excellent communication, conflict and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn, understand and adhere to the practices systems
- CEU’s in areas of high demand (directed by the Clinical Director)

**Compensation**:

- $55-105 per session
- Anticipated case load of 20+ sessions per week which equates to at least $60,000-$80,000/year or more

Pay: $55.00 - $105.00 per hour
