**What does a Installer/Service Technician do?**

You will spend your time working in homes and businesses to install and integrate the latest in A/V and other automation technology.
- Provide excellent customer service and team communication.
- Terminate various cabling such as Cat5e, Cat6, RG6, RG59, speaker cabling, etc.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for all applicable workplace areas.
- Accurately record time, products, and service items for various projects and tasks throughout the day.
- After each service or installation, provide detailed documentation of your work so that anyone on the team can pick up where you left off.

- Attention to detail and follow-up.
- Reliable.
- Ability to proficiently and safely use basic hand and power tools, ladders, etc.
- Valid CA driver license with a clean driving record.
- High School diploma.
- Prefer, approximately 1-2 years of prior experience in residential A/V, control, lighting control, other integration/automation systems.
- Have own tools.
