JWeis Marketing, a leader in innovative marketing solutions, is on the lookout for an exceptional Web Designer to join our in-house team in Sugar Land, Texas. This role is tailor-made for someone who thrives on building captivating websites and, more critically, high-converting landing pages.

**Your Mission**:
To craft engaging, aesthetically pleasing landing pages that serve as the cornerstone of our lead generation efforts. Utilizing platforms like High Level, ClickFunnels, WordPress, and other leading lead gen tools, you’ll create pages that not only captivate but convert. Your designs will be the bridge connecting our audience’s needs with our solutions, addressing their pain points emotionally and psychologically, ensuring every visitor’s journey leads to conversion.

**What We Expect**:

- A Creative Eye: You have a natural flair for design, with an emphasis on creating user experiences that guide visitors through a journey from awareness to action.
- Lead Generation Savvy: You’re not just about making things look pretty. You understand the mechanics of lead gen, adept at funneling traffic from Facebook, Google, and other sources to our landing pages, turning visitors into leads.
- Hands-On Experience: You’re proficient in building on platforms like High Level, ClickFunnels and WordPress.
