Behavior Interventionist - GMBC

Green Mountain Behavior Consulting is growing and is seeking skilled, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team The Behavior Interventionist (BI) will be part of a collaborative team and will assist children and youth to increase their skills in school and in the community. Behavior Interventionist's work directly with individual students to implement their behavior support plans and IEP's. The Behavior Interventionist assists with teaching communication, motor, academic, social, self care, functional living, and play skills - while assisting to reduce challenging behaviors.
- Collect accurate and timely data as instructed
- Follow specific program protocols as written
- Willingly accept regular feedback and support
- Work well with others
- Maintain physical fitness, demonstrate physical prevention techniques
- Be respectful of students, clients, families and co-workers

Positions are available in various locations

Preferred: 1+ years experience in mental health/behavioral field (not necessary).

**Salary**: $21.00 to $25.00 /hour - depending on education and experience
