Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with office duties, including scheduling appointments and maintaining customer records
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Provide general office support, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
