**Job Description**:
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented individual to join our dental practice as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing a positive experience and ensuring the smooth functioning of our front office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental appointment calendar.
- Verify patient insurance information and assist with billing inquiries.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy in data entry.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using dental office software and basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
- A friendly and welcoming personality with a positive attitude.
