**Your Role**

As a skilled Plumber Service Technician with 3-5 years of experience, you will diagnose and repair plumbing/drain services. Lead customers to confident buying decisions by delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

**Key Sub-Tasks**
- Work for a licensed contractor with 3-5 years' experience as a Plumber Service Technician.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Keep open communication with dispatch, managers, and installation teams.
- Establish customer rapport and present the right products and services.
- Meet and exceed revenue goals, understanding sales criteria.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
- Train and mentor apprentices.
- Obtain or be willing to get the necessary certifications.

**Qualifications**

**Additional Information**

The position may require working in various climate conditions, including attics, crawl spaces, and confined locations. The standard workweek is eight to ten hours per day, five days a week, with occasional weekend work.
