Automotive Service Advisor

Nissan of Norwich is hiring a service advisor/writer to add to their team. Customer Service experience required. We are looking for a polished, experienced, knowledgeable Advisor.

The service advisor/writer has the opportunity to interact with thousands of customers to build customer loyalty by developing trust and confidence in the dealership and the services we provide.

**You will be**:

- Scheduling appointments
- Discussing customer's concerns about mechanical problems
- Advising customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturer's specifications
- Contacting customers by telephone regarding changes to the estimate or time promised
- Delivering vehicles to customers, review work performed, explain charges and answer questions
- Assisting the service manager as necessary

**Requirements**:

- Must be an exceptional multi-tasker
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Customer service focused
- Automotive service experience preferred but not require
- Successful completion of pre-employment screenings
