Lot Attendant/inventory Manager

Job Overview:
We are a Family-Owned Used Car Dealership in Fountain Hills Arizona that is currently seeking a Lot Attendant/Inventory Manager to join our team. As a Lot Attendant/Inventory Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our dealership lot as well as maintaining inventory and transporting vehicles for offsite services.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Check the lot for debris and sweep the perimeter.
- Transport vehicles to and from service or emissions.
- Coordinate appointments for service/detail of vehicles.
- Wipe down vehicles and fill them with gasoline.
- Photograph vehicles for online listings.
- Move and repark vehicles around the lot.
- Assist with other tasks that pop up in or around the dealership.
- Coordinate and communicate with management.
- Check vehicles at the end of business day to make sure everything is parked and locked for the evening.
- Operating hours are Tuesday-Saturday 9 am to 5 pm. Closed Sunday/Monday. (May change in the future)

Experience/Skills:

- Prior experience in a similar role or automotive industry is preferred.
- Desire and willingness to listen and learn.
- Strong ability to communicate and coordinate.
- Ability to drive vehicles with a manual transmission is preferred.
- Must be on time and have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must have a clean driving record and be 18 years of age.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.

- Automotive Industry: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)

Ability to Relocate:
