Role Summary:
Our Staff Continuous Improvement Partner will lead RIOS deployment across the factory. This will include analysis of deployment successes and opportunities, as well as creating short term and long-term plans to increase the effectiveness of RIOS deployment as reflected in the plant audit scores. This role will be located onsite at our plant in Normal, IL. It will report to the Senior Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze deployment of RIOS tools to the shop floor to drive continuous improvement into RIOS to be more effective for operations teams on the floor.
- Analyze RIOS audit scores to identify strategies to deploy each quarter to ensure increased audit scores. This may include coaching strategy of partners, training for operations leadership, or Kaizen events to drive more understanding and use of the RIOS tools.
- Coach front line operations leaders as well as RIOS partners on effective problem solving, shop floor management, driving the business through a culture of metrics, and standardization.
- Perform regular RIOS audits on the shop floor and collaborate with Plant Leadership to provide guidance and coaching opportunities to leaders working on the shop floor.
- Provide coaching and continuous improvement opportunities to senior leaders in the plant for opportunities on how to better drive effectiveness of lean tools on the floor.

Qualifications:

- This position requires 7+ years of industry experience in a field related to manufacturing Operations.
- Experience working in and/or developing production systems in an OEM setting is highly preferred.
- Direct experience leading projects and processes involving cross functional teams.
- Certifications in Project Management Methodology, Lean, and Six-Sigma (Green Belt Minimum) preferred.
