**Summary**:

- The RDC Site Manager leads a team of lift truck operators (LTOs), auditors, customer service representatives (CSRs), supervisors, and Assistant Site Managers. The Site Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective functioning of the regional distribution center (RDC), meeting customer requirements, and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence. The Site Manager provides coaching and leadership to all site supervisory personnel, and ensures the company’s culture, values, and processes are upheld. This manager will foster a team environment that motivates, inspires, educates, and empowers our team members to reach their full potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the RDC. Schedule, assign and perform various warehousing duties including loading and unloading trucks, put-away and picking, maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Lead, motivate, and direct the warehouse staff to deliver best-in-class customer service through operational excellence.
- Oversee inventory management and audit control using warehouse management system (SAP).
- Recruit, train, hire, and assign work to RDC staff based on the priorities of the day.
- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of a ~300,000 sq. ft. warehouse using 3rd party suppliers.
- Conduct interviews with potential team members as necessary to ensure proper staffing of the RDC team.
- Ability to interface and communicate with direct customers and the leadership team within Southshore Companies, as well as the leadership team of the customer.
- Maintain records and prepare reports according to processes and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement though lean thinking and a 5S mentality.

**Qualifications**:

- ** 5-10+ years of warehouse management experience (required).**:

- Leadership & management skills: must be excellent at leading, recruiting, retaining, and motivating staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources efficiently, and meet operational objectives while managing administrative duties effectively.
- Ability to work a first shift, Monday-Friday, with flexibility during peak season, January-April.

**Pay**:

- $100,000 +(estimated) based on experience.
