**General Responsibilities**
- Answer inbound calls.
- Set appointments for inspectors and crews.
- Daily oversight of all project activities and documentation
- Daily support of clients and production teams
- Regular meetings with production teams
- Regular, periodic production of updates, reports, metrics involving production
- Data entry into company CRM of all updates
- Responding to and resolving customer issues and notifying appropriate staff as necessary

**Job Requirements**
- Highly organized
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced computer skills, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Adobe, QuickBooks
- Ability to pass background and drug test
- Willing to receive training on industry-specific programs
- Previous industry experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $37,450.00 - $43,680.00 per year
