**About us**

Dote Coffee Bar is an independent coffee shop started in Bellevue, WA and built on shared values of collaboration, respect, service and quality. Our drinks, treats and pastries are handcrafted in our own central kitchen and brought to customers via our 4 Bellevue and Redmond coffee bars. 'Doting on' people and making our small corner of the community just a little bit more connected is our passion.

Our work environment includes:

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Make sure the store is not understaffed during busy hours.
- Make high quality coffee and tea beverages and mentor/support team bar training.
- Answer customers' questions regarding products.
- Maintain an appropriate level of product inventory.
- Manage the schedule of workers.
- Mentor the team in always setting a professional, respectful tone in the shop, ensuring all workers are performing their duties in the spirit of our brand values.

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
