**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop design concepts that align with their vision.
**Duties**:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline.
- Conduct site visits to assess the space and gather necessary measurements.
- Develop design concepts, including floor plans, color schemes, and furniture selections.
- Create detailed drawings and renderings using CAD software such as Rhinoceros 3D and Sketchup (optional).
- Select materials, finishes, and lighting fixtures that enhance the overall design.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee the installation of design elements and provide guidance as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and incorporate them into your work.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior design, including residential or commercial projects (preferred).
- Proficiency in CAD software such as Rhinoceros 3D and Sketchup (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
