**We are currently hiring a Machine Operator (CNC) for our Bedford, PA Manufacturing Facility. Join us if you are interested in working in** **a fast paced, financially sound manufacturing environment. Our company offers great benefits including monthly bonus.**

**Note**:Satisfactory background check and negative drug screen required

**Schedule: We are hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift**:

- Monday-Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
- Monday-Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm
- Sunday - Thursday 9:30pm - 6:00am
- Overtime required

**Responsibilities include**:

- Prepare machine for production by positioning and securing material
- Determine sequence of operations by studying blueprints, specifications, and work orders
- Regulate machining by setting and adjusting controls
- Maintain specifications by observing operations; detecting malfunctions; inspecting parts; adjusting controls
- Resolve production problems by altering process to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs
- Documents actions by completing production and quality logs
- Contributes to team effort working in other areas as needed

**Job Requirements**:

- Attention to detail, safety and quality
- Basic Microsoft Office/Windows knowledge is beneficial
- Capable of solving problems and using good judgment in making decisions
- Ability to read and work from prints, schematics, and technical bulletins
- Ability to read tape measures and use good rudimentary math skills
- Capable of lifting 100 lbs. and standing for long periods
- Physical stamina and strength

**Education**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
