We work with classroom teachers, school leaders and district executives to ensure engaging, affirming and meaningful grade-level instruction, so that we eliminate the predictability of student outcomes by race and socioeconomic status. We focus on the needs of students of color and those who have historically been at the margins because when we do that, all students benefit.

We are seeking a Platform Operations Coordinator.

**Requirements**:
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Platform Operations Coordinator at CORE Digital plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations and the successful implementation of our solutions in educational institutions. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a deep understanding of school systems and their needs, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders.

UnboundEd is a virtual organization and this employee can be based anywhere in the United States. UnboundEd has core business hours where we expect all staff to be available from 9 am to 5 pm local time and 20% travel is required.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

**_ Essential responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:_**
- Coordinate implementation processes, working closely with sales, customer success, and product teams.
- Understand the specific requirements of each school through comprehensive needs assessments.
- Manage implementation schedules efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and mínimal disruption to school operations.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the implementation process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during scheduling of implementation, providing support and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of implementation activities and progress reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in the implementation workflow.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales implementation, preferably within the education sector or EdTech industry.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Salesforce.
- Understanding of educational systems and technology integration in schools.

**UnboundEd offers competitive salaries commensurate with experience and education and a generous benefits package that includes take-as-you-need vacation time, group medical, dental and vision plans, disability and life insurance plans, and an employer-sponsored 401K retirement plan with a 5% employer contribution and no vesting period or salary cap. This is an exempt full-time position with additional bonus earning potential. A compensation offer is based on relevant years of experience in relation to the position.
