Key Responsibilities:

- Create visually striking floral arrangements for a variety of events and occasions, including weddings, corporate events, and special celebrations.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their preferences, themes, and budgetary considerations, ensuring that designs align with their vision.
- Select and source high-quality flowers, foliage, and decorative elements from reputable suppliers to achieve desired aesthetic and quality standards.
- Utilize artistic skills and knowledge of design principles to develop unique and innovative floral compositions that reflect current trends and client preferences.
- Coordinate logistics, including transportation and setup, to ensure timely delivery and installation of floral arrangements at event venues.
- Maintain inventory levels, monitor flower quality, and handle storage to maximize freshness and longevity of floral products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and accommodating special requests to enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, techniques, and industry developments in floral design through continuous learning and participation in professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, including other designers and support staff, to streamline workflows and optimize productivity.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Floral Designer, with a portfolio showcasing diverse styles and techniques.
- Proficiency in floral design principles, including color theory, balance, and proportion.
- Strong knowledge of different flower varieties, seasonal availability, and care requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Creative flair and artistic talent, demonstrated through a passion for experimenting with unique design concepts and materials.
- Detail-oriented approach, with a focus on precision and craftsmanship in all aspects of floral design.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with floral design software and tools, such as design software, floral knives, wire, and tape.
- Formal training or certification in floral design, horticulture, or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by client demands and event schedules.

Pay: $23.36 - $24.73 per hour

- Every weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
