Role Description

This is a 30-35 hour per week position located in Short Hills, NJ. The ideal candidate should be experienced in all aspects of floral design specifically retail and some wedding & design & set up.


Qualifications

  • Creative and artistic skills
  • Knowledge of different types of flowers and plants
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in retail floral shop is a plus
  • Proficiency in using a point-of-sale (POS) system for retail sales
