**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Planning and Coordination**:

- Plan, organize, and execute marketing events such as ABR Academies and Meet Ups in our retail stores, partnership and sponsorship offsite events and future store grand openings.
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, and vendor management.
- Develop event timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring all deadlines and budgetary constraints are met.
- **Marketing Collateral and Promotions**:

- Develop event-specific promotional materials, including signage, banners, flyers, website landing pages and other digital marketing assets.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring materials are delivered on time and within budget.
- Implement creative promotional strategies to maximize event attendance and engagement.
- **Attendee Engagement and Relationship Building**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for event attendees, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders, providing excellent customer experiences and support.
- Foster relationships with cross-functional team members to enhance event participation and sponsorship opportunities.
- Collect feedback and insights from attendees to continuously improve future events and marketing strategies.
- **On-Site Event Management**:

- Oversee all on-site event logistics, including setup, registration, attendee assistance, and post-event cleanup.
- Ensure that all event activities run smoothly and according to plan, addressing any issues or concerns as they arise.
- Act as a brand ambassador during events, representing 5.11 professionally and promoting brand awareness.
- **Post-Event Evaluation and Analysis**:

- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each marketing initiative, analyzing key metrics such as attendance, engagement, leads generated, and return on investment (ROI).
- Prepare comprehensive event reports and presentations for management review, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to refine event strategies and optimize future marketing efforts.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning, marketing, or a related role, with a strong track record of successful event execution.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for delivering innovative and engaging marketing experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event management software/tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for events.
- Knowledge of event marketing trends, best practices, and industry regulations.

**Pay Range**: $55,000-65,000 plus bonus
