Overview:
We are seeking a sushi helper or Sous to join our team in a fast paced environment. Competitive pay is based on experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food preparation and cooking under the guidance of experienced staff
- Help with menu planning and meal preparation
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the work area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of basic catering and cooking techniques
- Familiarity with food preparation and safety guidelines
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knife skills for food preparation

**Requirements**:

- Previous sushi experience is required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
