**About the Role**

As a UI/UX developer lead, you will be responsible for:

- Leading and mentoring a team of UI/UX developers and ensuring the quality and consistency of their work.
- Engaging with customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements, preferences, and feedback.
- Conducting user research, testing, and analysis to evaluate the usability and effectiveness of the UI/UX designs.
- Creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and documentation to communicate the UI/UX designs to the developers and customers.
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in UI/UX design and development.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, graphic design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other frameworks and tools such as React, Angular, Bootstrap, Material Design, etc.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
- Experience in engaging with customers and stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting user research, testing, and analysis.
- A strong portfolio of UI/UX design projects that demonstrate your skills and creativity.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, usability, and accessibility.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
