**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee day-to-day activities to meet business objectives and targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Implement strategies for profit loss management and cost control.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain compliance standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess team members' progress and provide feedback.
- Place purchase orders with suppliers and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee Amazon Seller account.
- Production and inventory planning using inventory management software.
- Delegate tasks efficiently and effectively among team members.
- Manage freight logistics and receiving of goods.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in project management, process improvement, and business development.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning to drive business growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
