**Procurement Coordinator**

**Department: Inventory**

**Regular Full-Time / Exempt**
- Manage procurement ticket queue, including creating, updating and closing PO's and associated tickets.
- Responsible for PO placement for all IT components and servers.
- Responsible to monitor PO's from initial placement of PO through delivery to the data center.
- Control category spend for IT components and work to support proper stocking levels.
- Develop relationships with suppliers with a focus on long term mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Provide pricing quotes for Sales and Leadership for customer custom configurations.
- Manage RMA's for defective components. Maintain log and process returns, keeping queue in controlled state.
- Work with direct supervisor to establish quarterly business reviews with key suppliers.
- Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions.
- Attend scheduled meetings and synchronization efforts to promote interdepartmental cohesiveness.
- Develop and foster positive working relationships with all team members.
- Assist with implementing procedures to continuously evaluate suppliers, costs, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage reporting, bench-marking, and analytics to support the global procurement function particularly around spend categories, contract compliance, procurement performance, and supplier scorecards.
- Support and assist the Inventory team as needed with routine work processes.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to communicate and work with company team leads.
- APICS (CSCP) certification highly desirable
- 2+ years’ experience in a sourcing or procurement role.
- Understanding of supply chain management, procurement to pay or related procurement discipline.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel) IT/server/data center understanding/experience a plus
- Commitment to understanding and supporting our mission.
- Ability to work independently and be accurate with data.
