Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to join our team. As an Associate Project Manager, you will assist in overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Responsibilities: - Assist in managing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control - Coordinate with project team members, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution - Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints - Assist in preparing project estimates and budgets - Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays - Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any project-related conflicts or challenges - Maintain accurate project documentation and records - Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) - Proven experience in project coordination or related role - Strong knowledge of construction management software (e.g., Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Primavera) - Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and tools - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Effective communication and interpersonal skills We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for career growth within our organization. Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
