**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Lead the administrative and customer service functions of the Service Department
- Foster positive communication with employees, departments, clients, and vendors
- Coordinate workload distribution to meet customer and business demands effectively
- Schedule, perform, and oversee maintenance, replacement, and service work orders
- Supervise facility department operations, installations, and repairs as required
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards
- Collaborate closely with department leaders and company executives
- Manage work schedules and assignments for the team
- Leading the on-site team, performing, and overseeing service operations from initial inquiry to successful completion
- Assign tasks to Electricians and ensure work is completed efficiently and up to company standards
- Manage team scheduling for service repairs, warranty work, and new service installations
- Handle incoming calls for service requests, meet with new clients, and provide estimates for repairs
- Demonstrate leadership ability to facilitate departmental growth, develop standard operating procedures, and drive sales initiatives
- Take ownership of the Service Department's growth and contribute to its success
- Journeyman Electrical License preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with electrical concepts, practices, and procedures
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and OSHA standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective leadership, sales, and customer service abilities
- Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and handle stressful situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
