**Job Summary**

Responsible for managing the contract pipeline and daily activities of Content Specialist implementing discrete segments of content acquisition. Works closely with content acquisition directors and executives to execute licensing agreements that meet programming strategy objectives. Comcast and Charter Communications will form a 50/50 joint venture that will bring our world-class Flex streaming platform, 4K streaming devices, voice remote and XClass TVs nationwide. You will want to join our innovative team, because together we will develop and offer consumers a next-generation streaming platform, with a world-class user experience and navigation and all the top apps, bringing more choice to the streaming marketplace. Comcast also will contribute XUMO to the joint venture, our free ad-supported service that currently delivers more than 200 unique streaming channels and features hundreds of free content choices.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Support all deal management functions, including negotiating contracts, managing rights, terms, and content windowing, as well as scheduling, prioritizing and optimizing Xumo Play’s expanding content library in an effort to grow viewership, increase content awareness, and enhance the user experience
- Managing, tracking, and inputting all key points from content acquisition deal pipeline and agreements, including business terms, payment schedules, and additional rights and obligations
- Supporting end-to-end content lifecycle from submission to scheduling, working cross-functionally to ensure contract compliance
- Disseminating relevant contract summaries and partner updates across key internal stakeholders including content operations, editorial, ad operations, finance, and legal
- Assist in updating and auditing documents and rights management and content systems to ensure compliance for all content available on our service
- Assist with internal projects and regular and ad hoc management presentations
- Analyze and evaluate trends in content performance and consumer behavior
- Experimental approach with goal of using data to support the success of content, channels, and scheduling strategies
- Work as a collaborative partner within the Content team which includes standards and practices around the quality of programming
- Engage with the larger Comcast organization, partnering with Content Acquisitions, Legal, Editorial, Content Operations, etc..
- Review content catalogs from studios, distributors, and production companies as well as select independent outlets
- Translates approved objectives into work plans and procedures.
- Takes pitches from various producers and packagers.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

**Additional Info**:

- Position is office based in Philadelphia, PA (4 days in office & 1 day remote)
