**Compensation and Hours**:
- Starting salary is $17.45 - $20.07/hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
- **Customer S**ervice**. **Greet customers warmly creating a welcoming environment and building a rapport with to customers understand their preferences. Provide personalized assistance throughout the customer’s shopping experience and address product-related issues promptly and professionally.
- ** Product K**nowledge and M**erchandising**. **Maintain a strong knowledge of products, features, and promotions to effectively communicate and drive sales
- ** Store Presentation. **Ensure that the store aisles and product displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the overall customer experience
- ** Follow Policies.** Follow all Famous Footwear policies and procedures, performing other duties as assigned.
