**Duties**:

- You will coordinate Service-wide development and of Marine Corps CI/HUMINT capabilities across the DOTMLPF in accordance with guidance and direction provided by the Director of Intelligence.
- You will provide strategic guidance and oversight for the establishment and refinement of the MCISR-E architecture for CI/HUMINT capabilities and operations.
- You will present and defend Service positions on CI and HUMINT policy and resource matters across the DoD and the Intelligence Community.
- You will plan, develop, coordinate, and implement detailed solutions to meet Service, Joint, DOD, and non-DOD intelligence manpower, training, certification and education requirements.
- You will establish and maintain close working relationships with senior military and civilian officials in order to ensure efficient and cost-effective development and use of resources for intractable issues.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
