JOB TITLE: Accounts Payable Associate
EMPLOYER: Rose Brand Wipers, Inc.
DEPARTMENT: Accounting
REPORTS TO: Accounts Payable Manager
EFFECTIVE DATE: Immediately
SUMMARY: Provides support to the Accounting Department, specifically Accounts Payable
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Accounts Payable with accurate and timely invoice entry (High Volume, 150- 200 invoices
per week)
- Print and organize receiving documents, invoices, and purchases orders.
- Perform 3-Way Match and prioritize invoices for entry.
- Accurately file invoices ready for payment.
- Assist AP Manager in resolving discrepancies for Department, which may include communicating with other departments to understand processes outside of accounts payable.
- Assist AP Manager in preparing and performing check runs and payment entries, including Wire and ACH, as requested.
- Entering New Suppliers in ERP System.
- Assists in maintaining accounts payable files and records.
- Able to respond to vendor and employee inquiries regarding invoices, expenses, and check requests.
- Ability to process and follow-up on rush items.
- Timely communication with AP Manager of unresolved or incomplete work as it relates to daily and month end tasks.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- One to three years related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

Pay: $24.04 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
