Project Specialist

**Compensation**:
$29.50 - $32 hourly

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee mitigation projects from the office, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
- Provide exceptional customer service to various stakeholders.
- De-escalate situations and handle clients with professionalism and empathy, especially during high-stress times.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records in the CRM system.
- Communicate regularly with customers to keep them informed about project status and address any concerns.
- Assist the project manager by anticipating needs and taking initiative on tasks to keep projects on track.
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the project manager.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and compliance documentation are completed and filed appropriately.
- Utilize soft sales skills to explain estimates, guide clients through the restoration process, and make a positive impact by helping them.
- Build strong relationships with clients, enhancing their experience and satisfaction with our services.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably in any public service industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage and de-escalate difficult situations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with technology, including various web-based platforms and Google Workspace
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Soft sales skills with the ability to explain estimates and sell services by building trust and rapport with clients.
