Comfort Caregivers está actualmente en busca de una cuidadora live-in (en casa) de habla hispana para trabajar en Hartford durante 3 o 4 días a la semana. Esta es una oportunidad emocionante para ti si eres dedicada y compasiva que busca marcar la diferencia en la vida de nuestros clientes.

Las responsabilidades principales de este puesto incluirán:

- Brindar asistencia en las actividades diarias de la vida, como la higiene personal, el vestirse y la alimentación.
- Monitorear y administrar medicamentos según las indicaciones del médico.
- Proporcionar compañía y apoyo emocional a nuestros clientes.
- Ayudar con las tareas domésticas ligeras, como la limpieza ligera, la preparación de comidas simples y la compra de alimentos.
- Asistir en la movilidad y el transporte del cliente según sea necesario.
- Mantener registros precisos de la atención proporcionada y cualquier cambio en el estado del cliente.

Los requisitos para este puesto son los siguientes:

- Experiência previa en cuidado de personas mayores o en roles similares.
- Capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva en español.
- Ser compasivo, paciente y tener una actitud positiva.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y tomar decisiones informadas cuando sea necesario.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en un horario flexible según las necesidades del cliente.
