Property Runner

**Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Property Runner specializing in taking photos and walkthrough videos. In this role, you will be responsible for driving to different properties across Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County/City, and Prince George's County to capture high-quality photos and videos of properties for sale.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive to various properties across Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County/City, and Prince George's County to capture exterior and interior photos and walkthrough videos.
- Ensure that photos and videos accurately represent the property's features, layout, and condition.
- Use a professional camera or phone with high resolution capabilities to capture high-quality images and footage.
- Ensure timely delivery of pictures and videos to our team via Google Drive for photos and Google Drive/Youtube for videos.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in pictures or videos of real estate and background of basic construction knowledge preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Flexibility in schedule to ensure timely delivery of pictures and videos
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on property visit schedules.

Pay: $22.93 - $27.62 per hour
