**Role and Responsibilities**

The 3rd Shift Maintenance Lead’s role is to ensure that the facility is always operating efficiently and effectively during their assigned shift/hours. They must also ensure that all machinery and necessary equipment are in proper operation and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Complete all assigned work orders within a timely manner.
- Preform many PMs on all types of equipment located in the facility.
- Record all PMs and work orders completed.
- Minor site/landscaping work around perimeter of building
- Complete boiler water testing regularly.
- Assisting of contractors when needed
- Ordering of necessary equipment and parts as needed.
- Occasional parts run to local suppliers; mileage compensation is supplied.
- Light snow removal during the winter season, shoveling or operation of equipment.
- Answer all production calls quickly and effectively.
- Communicate with the remainder of the maintenance team with updates from their assigned shift.
- Occasional on-call as needed basis.

**Job Requirements**

- 2-3 years of mechanical experience
- Forklift certification or ability to maintain.
- Flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, weekends as required, while also fulfilling on-call duties for repairs and assistance when needed.
- Experience in Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
- Familiarity with and online maintenance program/CMMS system a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and finish them within a timely manner.
- Strong team player with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines.
- Ability to stand, sit, or kneel for multiple hours every day.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs overhead occasionally.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
