Customer service sits at the core of all that we do, and we believe this will help us capture and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
**Role Overview**:
Car Washes are fun. And smiling faces make them even more fun for our customers. We’re seeking engaging individuals that can educate our customers and ultimately help them find the best membership for them. We’ll use a great car wash experience + unique customer deals to help you drive membership sales.

**Who You Are**
- Great tone and energy when working with people

- You do not need to be a car expert to sell clean
- Able to stand on feet for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment
- Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude
- Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted
**You Will**
- Be the friendly face of Tsunami Express to our customers
- Educate customers on promotions, memberships, and products to create the ideal service experience.
- You will never be asked to be pushy à We help our customers find the best solution
- Create a positive experience for every customer, every time by showing your eagerness to provide the “extra mile” of service
- We sell clean So, you will display a fresh and professional appearance and help us keep the area tidy as well.
- Bring a welcoming, positive attitude for our customers & team members
