**Job Purpose and Objectives**:
Responsible for the CASC Elder Abuse Program including ongoing program development, outreach and evaluation.

**Essential Functions**:
1. Responsible for all aspects of the CASC Crime Victims Assistance and Elder Abuse Program for Older Adults, including supervising program staff and providing direct service to clients

2. Provide orientation and training to staff as per NYS Office of Victim Services Guidelines

3. Provide case management, counseling, advocacy for crime victims and victims of elder abuse

4. Work with local precincts and district attorney's office to facilitate service delivery to elderly victims

5. Prepare all internal and external program reports, statistical documentation

6. Assist in program development

7. Be familiar with all funding sources.

8. Complete necessary statistical documentation.

9. Prepare necessary program reports and submit in timely fashion.

10. Participate in agency staff training programs as requested.

11. Participate in community education activities as requested.

12. Know overall agency goals and programs.

**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY**
- CASC Crime Victims Assistance and Elder Abuse Program staff
- Students and Volunteers as assigned

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- MA level education preferred, BA with ten years' experience in field of criminal justice and/or social services for older adults will be considered
- Work experience in health/human/social services/criminal justice working with older adults, elder abuse, domestic violence and/or crime victims' assistance
- Knowledge of Staten Island community resources, incl human and health services
- Good communication skills
- Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook required
- Ability to work under pressure
- Car required for travel for work assignments

**Salary and Benefits**:
$62,000-$67,500 per year
