Provides high level administrative support and assists professional legal staff in the preparation of contracts, business agreements, documents and filings for compliance with rules, regulations and laws of various local, state and federal government agencies. Performs legal research, organizes and compiles data. May have client contact to explain documents, or gather and provide information.

**What You'll Do**:

- Provides administrative support to an attorney and/or legal team
- Performs administrative and fact finding duties
- Reviews documents for basic information
- Prepares basic internal memoranda and routine correspondence
- Files documents, organizes and maintains files, prepares indices with supervision
- Establishes and updates internal client lists
- Work is closely reviewed and directly supervised by senior paralegals and attorneys

**What You'll Bring**:

- Proficient PC skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Typically has 2-4 years of related experience

Pay Range: $28.00 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
