We are currently looking for production associates. Someone who would assist our production team. This position would prepare specialty coffee and tea orders while working in our production room and warehouse. We are looking for a person who is detail-orientedand can operate in a fast-paced environment. Production associates for our coffee and tea departments help fill daily orders that include blending, weighing, bagging, grinding, shipping, receiving, and stocking.
**General Duties**:
- Learning how to prepare and fulfill orders.
- Boxing items from the warehouse.
- Properly check orders with speed and accuracy.
- Help your team with various orders in the warehouse or production room.
- Maintaining a clean workspace.
- Load and unload pallets.
**Skills / Requirements**
- Perform Duties needed to fill and track work orders
- Timely and accurate processing of daily orders of coffee, tea, and related items.
- Maintain paperwork for orders.
- Ability to read, write and speak in English
- Remember written and verbal instructions over time by gaining a complete understanding of the necessary job
- Good Communications skills by asking questions to enhance job knowledge for continual reference.
- The position requires some physical labor, including lifting, stacking, and use of dollies.
- Must be able to lift 50 lb
- Ability to drive or willingness to learn to drive a forklift and operate a pallet jack
- Assist with maintaining the overall appearance of the production room and warehouse.
- Help with inventory tracking
- Pass background check
**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
