**Oneida Professional Services (OPS) **is currently seeking an experienced **Instructional Systems Designer (ISD)** to support DITMAC in **Arlington, VA**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support instructional systems design for DITMAC in Arlington, VA.
- Develop online, instructor-led, or instructor-facilitated courses related to DOD training programs, Insider Threat, Counterintelligence, Law Enforcement, and/or Personnel Security.
- Conduct counter insider threat analysis in support of Insider Threat issues.
- Design and develop instructor-led, or instructor-facilitated distance-delivered courses.
- Ensure compliance with security clearance requirements.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Instructional Systems Design, and developing online, instructor-led, or instructor-facilitated courses related to DOD training programs.
- Current Personnel (Security) Clearance/Eligibility (PCL) at the Top Secret level with SCI security clearance/eligibility.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience designing training in the areas of Insider Threat, Counterintelligence, Law Enforcement, and/or Personnel Security.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Ten (10) or more years of experience in Instructional Systems Design, and developing online, instructor-led, or instructor-facilitated courses.
- Eight (8) or more years of experience designing training in the areas of Insider Threat, Counterintelligence, Law Enforcement, and/or Personnel Security.
- Experience conducting counter insider threat analysis.
- Knowledge of terminology, methodology, information gathering techniques, research, and analytical techniques applied to difficult and complex assignments in security, law enforcement, and counterintelligence.
