Front Desk Manager/scheduler

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Turn phone calls into booked appointments
- Manage patient schedule effectively
- Manage all front desk activities including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Coordinate appointments, reservations, and event planning
- File insurance claims
- Perform order entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Maintain an organized front desk area for efficient operations
- Responsibility may change over time based on the need
**Qualifications**:
- Provent track record of being customer centric
- Proven experience in a front desk, sales or similar managerial role
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computerized tools
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus
