We are looking for a **Powder Coat Technician **that can help us excel in quality, productivity and value. If this sounds like you, please keep reading

**Job Duties**
- Set up and operate paint system that paints or coats products
- Select the paint or coating needed for the job
- Clean and prepare products to be painted or coated
- Determine the required flow of paint and the quality of the coating
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
- Help with hanging and plugging parts
- Preventative maintenance

**Qualifications**
- Ability to work overtime when approved and scheduled by your supervisor
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

**Education**
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**
- 1-3 years experience in a Manufacturing environment

**- Previous powder coat experience required**

**There is an opportunity to earn a sign-on perfect attendance bonus of $750 at 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 120 days and 150 days. Total potential sign-on bonus is $3,750.00**

**Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per Hour**

Expected hours: 40 per week
