- **Previous customer service experience, especially in a fast-paced setting.**:

- **Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.**:

- **Basic knowledge of microsoft office programs such as word, excel, outlook and google documents and excel**:

- **Knowledge of Service Titan is a major plus, but training is available and must be comfortable operating from this software on a daily basis.
