We're in search of a **Data Entry Clerk** to join our **Shipping Department** at a Commerce-based Produce Company.

**Schedule**: Mon-Sat; 6am; $20
- **Responsibilities**:_
- **Data Entry**: Accurately inputting shipping and receiving data into the company's database.
- **Record Maintenance**: Ensuring all shipping records are properly maintained and organized for easy retrieval.
- **Verification**: Double-checking data for accuracy and completeness to minimize errors.
- **Communication**: Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and information flow.
- **Problem-solving**: Identifying and resolving discrepancies in shipping documentation.
- **Adherence to Procedures**: Following established protocols and guidelines for data entry and record-keeping.
- **Efficiency**: Striving to meet daily and weekly targets for data entry volume while maintaining accuracy.
- **Documentation**: Assisting in the creation and maintenance of shipping documentation as needed.
- **Quality Control**: Conducting periodic audits of data to ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work occasional overtime or adjust schedules based on business needs.
- **Requirements**:_
- **Previous Experience**: Prior experience in data entry or similar administrative roles preferred.
- **Accuracy**: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy in data entry tasks.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- **Computer Literacy**: Proficiency in using computer software and data entry systems.
- **Reliability**: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to the team dynamic.

- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: Minimum educational requirement.

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
