Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Maintenance worker to join our team. As a General Maintenance worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities. This is a hands-on position that requires proficiency in using both hand and power tools. Perfect part time position for college students or anyone looking for 20 to 32 hours a week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as helping maintenance supervisors with repairing fixtures, painting, and replacing broken equipment
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify any maintenance needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Assist with landscaping tasks such as push mowing and weed eating
- Operate hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Trim trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger maintenance projects

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in general maintenance or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools if needed
- Knowledge of how to operate weed eater and mowers
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
