We are a fast growing group practice currently looking for an MA that is trained in front and back office.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Greet patients in a professional, friendly manner and prepare them for visit.**:

- **Gather Vital Signs and document them into patient's EMR**:

- **Follow Proper Protocol Procedure**:

- **Documentation into eCW**:

- **Clean and Sanitize work area**:

- **Provide patients with education as needed.**:

- **Communicate with Providers when patient is ready for their visit.**:

- **E-Transmit Labs**:

- **Scheduling as needed**:

- **Follow Sleep Study Ordering Procedure**:

- **Prior Authorizations**:

- **Follow Prescription Refill Procedures**:

- **Complete Referrals**:

- **Record Patient Orders/Billing Codes for billing department.**:

- **Administer Injections as needed.**:

- **Perform In House Labs such as Blood Glucose, A1C, Strep Test, Rapid Flu Test, Pregnancy Test and Urinalysis.**:

- **Perform In House Procedures such as NeuralScan, Neuro feedback, EKG, ECG, ANS, Tonometry, ABI, Allergy Sudo Scan, SPM, Brain check, Moca, Allergy Testing and Allergy Shots.**:

- **Oversee that Medical Records are in chart and ready for providers visit with patient.**:

- **Maintain Exam room with appropriate supplies.**:

- **Cover other areas as needs arise**:

- **Phlebotomy/IV placement**

- Ability to multi-task, manage details and organize efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to use EMR, other relevant computer hardware and software, telephone, copier, fax machine and other standard medical office equipment.
- Provide excellent telephone skills and office etiquette.
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Keep work area clean and tidy
- Assist in any other responsibilities not mentioned
- **Education**:

- **Graduated from an accredited MA program**
