**Healthcare Recruiter / Sales Professional**

**We’re in search of an exceptional individual to join our team as a Healthcare Recruiter.**

**Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities**:

- Primary focus will be on the recruitment of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurses, Advanced Practice, and other clinical roles.
- Generate a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Recruit qualified healthcare professionals utilizing the internet, job boards, cold calls, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and sales leads.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ sales or recruitment experience.
- Entrepreneurial drive with a hunter mindset.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong team player with enthusiasm and self-motivation.
- Ability to set andsurpass goals.
- Excellent written andverbal communication skills.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
