Currently we are looking for a **Shipping and Receiving Clerk** who will join our team in Union, NJ.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Process customer returns from Amazon to minimize product loss.
- Inspect incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and liaise with shippers to resolve issues.
- Verify and maintain records for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Handle inbound and outbound shipments in the warehouse.
- Forward shipping/receiving documentation and maintain accurate records promptly.
- Conduct item counts and compare them with associated purchase orders.
- Research inbound items for potential marketability on Amazon and eBay.
- Adhere to listing standards and ensure accurate store and shipping information allocation.
- Create and manage labeling change requests using the document management system.
- Improve Amazon and eBay catalog, listings, and pricing strategies, analyzing similar products.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping station daily.

**WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.**

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields in a warehouse setting
- Proficient in **SAP**, Microsoft Office / Google sheets and general computer programs
- Must know their way around the computer and be able to learn new software quickly
- Experience working with online marketplaces (e.g. Amazon Seller Central) is a **plus**:

- Attention to detail and strong organization skills
- **Ability to lift between 25 - 50 pounds**:

- English and Spanish speaking preferred

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
